Caviar tasting is an exceptional experience.
The ideal temperature for the optimal conservation of caviar is between -4°C and +4°C.
All cans are vacuum-sealed in the farm, and must be stored in your refrigerator; your caviar must be consumed within three months time.
At serving time, the cans must be maintained at cold temperatures and be opened 20-30 minutes before savouring. The best way to appreciate the sharpness of the product and to emphasize its multiple flavours is to handle it with an appropriate utensil which does not risk oxidizing the product: we strongly recommend a mother-of-pearl spoon or stainless steel cutlery and dishes.
