Caviar Azovka keeps sufficient stocks in Hong Kong to allow deliveries on next day after ordering. If as exceptional circumstances, we would run out of stock for part of your order, we would notify you at reception of your order, in order to confirm with you the availability schedule.
Your caviar will be delivered fresh and at conservation temperature, packed in cooling bags. Our groom will contact you or the person mentioned as the consignee, 1 hour before the delivery in order to ensure that delivery can be processed as requested. At reception, your Caviar will have to be placed in your refrigerator, so as to not break the cold chain.
Orders placed are not cancellable or refundable. Once payment is confirmed, the order is considered as irrevocable.
